Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

For digital downloads of audio programs, we allow you to return the product within seven days from your date of purchase.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for a digital product, contact rance@rancetrance.com with your order # and reason for return. You’ll get a response within 48 hours and your refund within 10 days if you meet the criteria, i.e., your refund request is submitted within seven days from your date of purchase.
